I called guest services to ask how to to access Netflix and the response was 'the hotel is not up to date in that regard and does not have such services in the rooms' If you are looking at this property you would be better off at one of the other Marriott hotels a few blocks over such as Courtyard River North two blocks over (we have stayed there before) for a better experience larger and nicer rooms, etc.

On our second night we turned on the Smart TV and found no streaming services.
The front desk was nice enough to send fresh towels up to the room. when I called down they informed me we needed to request cleaning at check in - though it was not mentioned at check in. After our first day of touring around the city we came back to a room not serviced. day three and still not fixed - and no ticket that someone entered our room for a service issue.
The sink stopper does not work and I informed the front desk that morning which told me they would send service up. Dirty tissue on the floor of the bathroom marked up/dated furniture, poor lighting. Check in was not too bad but the room was dismal. We have stayed at numerous Marriott properties in Chicago over the years and recently enjoyed Autograph properties so we were excited for a long weekend at this hotel as it is a great location.
